How do I load the smokeable material into the stem/bowl?

Simply push a pea sized amount of herb/tobacco into the stem, forming a tight seal. A snug bowl makes for a wonderful smoke.

How strong is the glass?

These thick, hefty pieces are very durable. They could easily outlive us all. That said, use common sense for handling a prized possession. 

What is the fingertip airflow control?

Frequently referred to as a "carb", the smaller opening at the end of the vessel allows the body of the glass to fill with smoke.  Simply hold your finger over the end while inhaling to fill the interior chamber. As you release your finger, you control how much smoke you inhale. 

What's the difference between a single finger carb and a two finger carb?

Personal preference dictates whether you enjoy a traditional single finger control, or are looking for the extra power and air flow of a larger two finger carb.

How can I tell which one will fit me?

We have designed all the pieces to be suitable for the average hand. Every piece can be held in whatever way feels most comfortable to the user. Any pieces that might have particular size exceptions are noted in the product description for each piece.

Which size is better?

It's your fancy.  They all perform and deliver. 

How do I clean the glass?

Simply use warm water (NOT HOT) and sudsy Dawn dishwashing liquid.  For a stronger method,  we recommend using a slushy mixture of table salt and isopropyl alcohol for both the body and the stem.  A toothpick can help swirl that mixture when cleaning the stem. Thoroughly rinse away the alcohol with a mild temperature water.  Good as new.

How is the glass packed?

We pack all the glass in a custom designed box with foam padding for a safe, secure delivery.  Worthy of the finest occasions, they are sent "gift-ready", topped with a bow.

Do you offer demonstrator models?

We sometimes have a small collection of test models or barely flawed pieces.  Please inquire for current availability.
